Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects hold a special place in our hearts. Since 2014, we’ve helped bring to life a very meaningful 3-day sports clinic across Southeast Asia and South Asia – giving underprivileged children the opportunity to train with world-class coaches.

In 2014, this initiative began with a simple belief: every child deserves a chance to dream — and every dream deserves a chance to grow. What started as a regional CSR effort has evolved into a life-shaping experience for children who rarely receive such opportunities.

Annually, in every country we visit, around 300 underprivileged participants and 30 local coaches come together—not just to play football, but to learn confidence, teamwork, discipline, and hope. For many of these children, stepping onto the field means stepping into a world where anything feels possible. And guiding them are expert coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation, who lead them through a dynamic and transformational three-day football clinic.

In 2025, this journey continues in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Here, our role goes far beyond event logistics. We listen, coordinate, create, and connect—working closely with community homes, outreach organisations and local authorities and agencies to ensure the programme reaches children who need it most. We design meaningful merchandise they will proudly keep long after the final whistle. We bring media and press together—so that their stories are seen, heard, and celebrated. We manage every detail, on and off the field, to ensure the experience is unforgettable.

Over the years, this programme has travelled across borders—Bangladesh, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and many more—leaving behind not just football fields, but memories, friendships, and futures reshaped through sport.

Because this programme isn’t just about sports training, it is about the Cycle of Goodness.
